Who we are
KTEN Limited (“we”, “us”) provides commercial cleaning and facilities management services and is based in Grays, Essex. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about it using the details on our Contact page.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us through this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, company name (if given), and the details you tell us about your premises and the services you need.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
- To provide and manage the services if you become a customer.
- To keep records of our enquiries and contracts.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only under our instructions:
- BizzFlow (operated by LaunchFlow) — the customer-management system where your enquiry is stored and handled.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and our email.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as we provide services and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. To do any of these, contact us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
